While the driver was very friendly, he stopped during our trip to buy something for his family at a gas station, I believe it was a milkshake, and then he took a detour to drop off what he had purchased at his home, which delayed our journey by 30 minutes. After the exhaustion of the trip, I don’t think it’s appropriate to have to accompany the driver to his house.

We arrived on time, without any delays, and there was no one waiting. We called the driver, who told us he was 15 minutes away, which was already 30 minutes after our scheduled pickup time post-landing. Half an hour later, we called again and were told it would be another 20 minutes. After several insistent calls to the company, they agreed to send another car that was 5 minutes away. We were picked up an hour late, with no compensation offered, despite their website warning that charges apply after certain intervals. It was a very bad experience. We chose this service despite the higher cost for the convenience and speed, but it was all for nothing in the end.

Your flight departed 30 minutes late, and as we explained, according to the flight tracker and the airport’s official website, it was expected to arrive 30 minutes behind schedule. The driver was scheduled to be waiting for you upon arrival, but in the end, not only did you not land late, but you also arrived 10 minutes earlier than the originally scheduled time. This caught us off guard, and we had to send an emergency driver to minimize your wait. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding compensation, according to our terms and conditions, we offer a 10% refund if the driver is more than one hour late for the pickup.

Everything was correct. The drivers behaved like professionals and provided us with assistance using all their knowledge to address the doubts or "questions" one might have when arriving in a foreign country and not knowing the language. I would 100% recommend them. The drivers were a 10 out of 10.
