Marius is a great professional. He made the trip to the accommodation very enjoyable. He speaks Spanish, German, and English. He was very kind and made sure to call us since the plane was delayed and he had to wait for us.

The transfer went well, but we had requested a child seat and it wasn't provided! We had to travel for an hour and a half without the agreed safety measures.

We apologize for not being able to provide the requested booster seat. As stated on our website, availability is limited because they are not mandatory for professional drivers in the UK, so they are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You made the reservation just three days in advance during peak August, making it impossible for us to supply one. The driver informed you the day before, and in such cases, we offer the option to cancel at no cost if you are not satisfied.

We had to wait over an hour for the driver at the airport, and we were charged twice for the service because the company considered our notice to change the arrival airport too late. In other words, we were charged for a service we didn't receive.
Response from anglotransfers:
Your reservation and flight were scheduled to arrive at Stansted at 13:55. On the same day at 10:55, just 3 hours before your arrival, you informed us that your airline had changed the airport and you would be arriving at Gatwick.
We do not allow changes made less than 12 hours in advance, especially such a drastic change (Stansted and Gatwick are 120km apart), so yes, we considered it too late.
To avoid leaving you stranded and as a goodwill gesture (considering we do not accept reservations with less than 24 hours’ notice), we offered you the option to pay for a new reservation with an emergency driver, and explained how to claim the expenses caused by the airport change from your airline.
You seemed fine with everything and agreed at all times, so honestly, we don’t quite understand this sudden complaint. Clearly, sometimes it’s almost better not to do favors… what a shame.

Driver was 40 minutes late.
However he admitted he had overslept and I appreciated his honesty.
He was a good driver and drove quickly so we got there in good time.
I didn’t need the stress of being late to leave, nor the stress of driving very quickly (with my daughter) however I felt he was in control of the car and because we had ordered the car very early we arrived with plenty of time.
It’s the first negative experience with your firm, out of perhaps 6 trips and I would use you again.

I requested a Spanish-speaking driver, which didn't happen. Although the language wasn't an issue (English), the service I paid for was not delivered.

We apologize for not being able to assign you a Spanish-speaking driver. As we indicate throughout our website, during the booking process, and in the terms and conditions, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee this, especially for reservations made less than 48 hours in advance, as was your case.
Spanish-speaking drivers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and generally, for reservations made more than 7 days in advance, there is usually no availability issue.
The service provided was in accordance with the terms agreed upon.

Hubo varias cosas que no salieron como se había descrito en el contrato:
1) el conductor no hablaba nada de español.
2) no llego a la hora acordada, tuvimos que esperar (bajo sus instrucciones con mensajes) a la salida del aeropuerto. Nuestra espera fue de media hora hasta que él llegó.
Bastante descontento por el servicio ofrecido.

Lamentamos que no quedara satisfecho con los servicios prestados. El conductor original asignado a su servicio se encontraba en una retención del servicio anterior y tuvimos que enviarle un conductor de emergencia. Esta es la razón por la que no hablaba español. Lo sentimos. El conductor les pidió que salieran a parking para minizar el tiempo de espera. Es cierto que la recogida se demoró unos minutos, pero aún así, su vuelo aterrizó a las 08:55h y salieron del aeropuerto a las 09:44h.
