It is a shame that you prefered to leave a comment online instead of calling our emergency hotlines. If you would have done so, we would have immediately sent an emergency vehicle to assist you.
Anyhow now its too late and the only thing we can do is fully refund your service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

Recogida antes de la hora señalada y el traslado perfecto. En todo momento nos informo el conductor de los retrasos en los atascos de tráfico. Con llegada al final al aeropuerto con un ligero retraso de la hora indicada, pero dentro del margen indicado en la web para el traslado.

El conductor llegó 20 minutos tarde. Eso sí, nos avisó de que tardaría 20 minutos.
En el camino al aeropuerto paro en dos ocasiones. Pienso que cuando recoges a un cliente, debes haber repostado ya.
Lo peor, se pasó el viaje tocando el teléfono móvil y mirando el WhatsApp. Pasamos verdadero miedo.
Por favor, hagan el favor de contratar personal profesional.
