On this trip, one of the drivers arrived upset because he hadn’t been informed that there were children among the passengers (even though this was clearly noted in the reservation). He wanted the children to sit in the back seats, which were too small, without headrests or the booster seat that had been requested. The issue for the driver seemed to be the luggage, which was baffling since we weren’t carrying more bags than what was contracted—especially considering we were traveling by plane and couldn’t have brought more luggage. Eventually, after speaking with someone from anglotransfers, we were told that if we could manage the trip this way, they would process a refund. After discussing it with the parents of the children, we decided to rearrange the luggage and place some of it in the passenger area to minimize the risk. However, this is neither an acceptable way to travel nor have we received any news about the refund.

We regret that you were not satisfied with the services provided. You booked a standard vehicle plus a full size van and informed us that you were traveling with 7 checked bags and 7 carry-on bags. This is the maximum allowed with this combination of vehicles, which is quite a lot. As requested, the service was provided with a Toyota Prius and a Peugeot Traveller. The rear seats of the van are just as spacious as the middle seats.
Regarding booster seats, as noted on our website, they are not required in the UK for professional drivers. However, we always try to provide a booster seat free of charge when requested, though we cannot guarantee availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The service was provided in accordance with your booking and our terms and conditions, so no refund is due. Sorry.

Very busy airport but meeting our driver was pretty seamless. We got switched to another driver while waiting as there was a larger party that needed our driver and vehicle. Our original stayed with us until the new one arrived and within 15 minutes wait we were on our way without issue. Definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with the service. The driver contacted me the day before via WhatsApp to confirm the details and again at pickup to let us know where he was waiting. The trip went smoothly, and it's worth mentioning that the driver spoke Spanish as we requested.
