Excellent transfer, fast, and the driver Ismael was perfect. He waited for our delayed flight, kept in touch via WhatsApp throughout, and everything was flawless. We would love to have the same driver on our return trip, if possible.

Very satisfied with the transfer. The driver contacted us and mentioned that he was already at the meeting point half an hour before the scheduled time. Since we were just waiting around, we didn't mind, and it allowed us to head to the airport with plenty of time and ease. As a fun anecdote, on the way to Heathrow, the driver pointed out that we had just passed King Charles and his entourage on the motorway, returning to London from Windsor.

On this trip, one of the drivers arrived upset because he hadn’t been informed that there were children among the passengers (even though this was clearly noted in the reservation). He wanted the children to sit in the back seats, which were too small, without headrests or the booster seat that had been requested. The issue for the driver seemed to be the luggage, which was baffling since we weren’t carrying more bags than what was contracted—especially considering we were traveling by plane and couldn’t have brought more luggage. Eventually, after speaking with someone from anglotransfers, we were told that if we could manage the trip this way, they would process a refund. After discussing it with the parents of the children, we decided to rearrange the luggage and place some of it in the passenger area to minimize the risk. However, this is neither an acceptable way to travel nor have we received any news about the refund.
