You gave us the vehicle’s wrong plate number. The driver was not on time.or in the correct location.

Reviewing our emails, we gave you the correct number plate and correct driver details and there was no driver change at any time. You requested pick up for 7.20 AM at Southampton cruise port. Driver arrived at 7.28 AM according to his GPS data but you did not disembark until close to 1 hour later, so we don't fully understand your complaint to be honest. Yes, he was 8 minutes late, but you were not even there.
