I want to congratulate anglotransfers on its services. We heard positive reviews from my brother, who used your service in June. I’d like to give a special mention to our driver, Danilo, who was very attentive even a day before our trip. He checked in on our flight and advised us to move up the pickup time to avoid being late to the airport. He kindly arranged to pick us up half an hour earlier than planned with no issues. A perfect ten for Danilo! Whenever we return to London, I’ll definitely use your service again and, of course, recommend it to others.

Good attention from the day before the booked trip, with the driver's identification, their phone number, and emergency contacts with Anglotransfers. The pick-up was extremely punctual, the driver was friendly, and the vehicle was comfortable and very clean.

Good experience in dealing with the flight delay to Stansted of more than 4 hours, which, as stated in the transport booking conditions with Anglotransfers, cancels the service if the delay is over 3 hours. We are awaiting the airline's response regarding the compensation for the lost travel cost. When we were informed of the new departure time from the emergency number provided the day before the trip, they arranged a new service for the new arrival time and also provided us with the contact information for the assigned taxi driver, with whom we stayed in touch.
