The driver didn’t know where the hotel was, we drove around and he didn’t drop us off at the door. He was not waiting at the airport at the assigned time. I don’t accept that they say they are outside the Costa Cafe because they don’t have signs with the name of the person they are waiting for, we don’t know what the driver looks like, or what the car looks like, or anything at all.
