1. Is your service safe and reliable? 

If it was not safe and reliable, we will not be offering it.

All our drivers and vehicles comply with all the regulatory provisions and legal regulations. If in doubt, you can verify this information directly with the driver at any time.

You can also check the thousands of reviews written by other passengers who have already used our services both on our website and on Tripadvisor.

2. Can minors travel alone?  

It is strictly prohibited to book a vehicle with driver for anyone under 18 unless they are with an adult.

3. Do you offer shared transport services? 

No, all our transfers are private and exclusive for you.

You will not share the vehicle with anyone and the driver will take you directly to your destination in the fastest and safest way without any stops.

4. I left something in the car, what should I do? 

You should contact the driver as soon as possible and arrange a pick up with him.

Is his arrangement is not satisfactory for you, let us know and we will help you solve the problem.

5. How can I leave a review on your website? 

The option to leave a review on our website is available on my bookings the day after your trip. We will also send you a reminder by email.

7. How can I make a complaint? 

If you have any issues during your trip, please let us know as soon as possible on the emergency numbers as most problems can be solved right away.

On the other hand, if for whatever reason you are not happy with the service provied, you can leave a comment on our website or send us an email to tell us what happened so that we can investigate the issue and make the appropiate fixes.
