Making a booking

1. How early should I make by booking?

It is best to make your booking as soon as you have secured your flight and hotel arrangements. This helps to avoid any issues with availability.

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for all bookings, so please keep this in mind when planning your trip. In some cases, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute bookings, so make sure you book well in advance.

2. Are there round trip discounts available?

Yes, we automatically offer a £5 discount when booking a round trip airport transfer.

3. We arrive and depart from different airports. How can we book a round trip airport transfer?

A round trip is defined as a trip in which you go from a starting point to a destination and then back to the same starting point.

Therefore, if you arrive and depart from different airports, your tranfers is not a round trip so you must book two separate one-way transfers.

4. Can I book a different vehicle for each leg of the trip?

If you are booking a round trip transfer and require a different vehicle for each leg of the journey, you will need to make two separate one-way bookins.

5. Can I book an airport transfer for another person?

Yes, you can book an airport transfer for another person as long as you have their permission and the contact information you provide us (name and phone number) is for the person who will be traveling. The email address you provide can be yours, as all communications, notifications, and payment receipts are sent via email. This makes it easier for you to manage the service.

6. What pick up time should I indicate?

For airport pick up transfers, you should provide the expected arrival time of your flight, as stated on your flight ticket. Note that flight landing times are always given in the local time, so you don't need to make any changes to the time you see on your ticket.

For transfers from central London to the airports, you should select the time you want the driver to pick you up at your accommodation. It is advisable to schedule the pick up at least 3 hours before your flight departure time or even earlier during busy times.

7. How long is the travel time between the airports and central London?
