1. What happens if the flight is delayed? Should I notify ou?
To ensure a seamless transfer experience, all of our drivers monitor flights in real-time. However, in the event of a flight delay, we kindly ask that you notify us or your assigned driver via WhatsApp as soon as possible (as passengers tend to have more up to date information than what is shown on the internet).
Our services are guaranteed for flights with delays of up to 3 hours.
If your flight is delayed by less than 3 hours, the driver will be waiting for you as usual in the arrivals hall. We understand that flight delays our out of your control and we will not charge you any penalty for the them. Waiting times start to count from your flight's actual landing time.
However, if your flight is delayed by over 3 hours from the expected landing time, your transfer service will be cancelled due to a no-show, and you will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, we recommend that you refer to your airline or travel insurance provider for compensation in accordance with your statutory air passenger rights.
If you require a new transfer service, you will need to make a new booking.
2. What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible.
Your transfer service will also be cancelled and the corresponding penalty will be applied (depends on the time for your service). If a penalty is applied, we advise you to exercise your statutory air passenger rights and seek compensation from your airline or travel insurance.
If you need a new transfer service, you will need to make a new booking.
3. What happens if I miss my flight?
If you miss your flight, your transfer service will be cancelled due to no show with no right to refund.

4. What happens if the flight lands before its scheduled time?
If your flight lands before its scheduled time, the scheduled landing time will be considered as the actual landing time.
Why is this? Because, most of the times, drivers have prior services so we cannot guarantee, under any circumstance, that the driver can arrive before the flight scheduled landing time.
5. How long will the driver wait for us at the airport?
The driver will wait free of charge up to a maximum of 60 minutes after the landing time.
If you take longer to leave the airport, the following surcharges will apply:
If no notice is received from the passenger after 90 minutes from landing time, the driver will leave the aiport and the service will be cancelled due to no show with no right ro refund.
6. Do you have a contact telephone number in case we have any problem?
Yes, we will send you our emergency contact numbers by email the day before your trip, so that you can contact us in case of any mishap or last-minute problem.
