Drivers and language

1. What language do your drivers speak? 

All our drivers speak English.

2. Can I know who our driver will be in advance? 

Yes, the day before your trip, we will send you an email with the details of the assigned driver, including his photo, name, license and WhatsApp number.

This means that you will be able to contact him directly through WhatsApp at any time to resolve any last-minute issues.

We will also provide you with the brand, model and license plate of his vehicle.

This information will also be available on my bookings.

3. Where will the driver be waiting for us?  

For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name in the arrivals hall about 30 minutes after the landing time, as this is the minimum time it usually takes between disembarking and clearing customs.

For other pick ups, the driver will be waiting for you at the door of accommodation or in the hotel lobby, as long as he can park his vehicle safely.

In case you cannot find him or for any last-minute changes, you will always be able to contact him via WhatsApp.
