Changes and cancellations

1. Can I change my booking after its made? 

You can make any change to your booking that doesn't involve a price change free of charge on my bookings as long as there are more than 24 hours left before the service.

If you need to change the date, airport, type of vehicle required, or there are less than 24 hours left for your service, you must contact us.

2. What is your cancellation policy? 

You can cancel your booking at any time on my bookings.

The following penalties will apply depending on the time remaining for your service:

  • More than 24 hours: Full refund of all money paid.
  • Less than 24 hours: £15 cancellation fee will be applied. The rest will be refunded.
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund.

3. How do I cancel a booking? 

You can cancel your booking at any time on my bookings.

Before cancelling, we will let you know if it involves any type of penalty.

4. What happens if I change my mind and do not show up without notice? 

If you are absent or do not show up for your booking without notice, your booking will get cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded.
