El conductor era muy agradable , nos hizo el trayecto de ida del aeropuerto al hotel .
El trayecto se nos hizo muy largo , gran tráfico en Londres . . El intento facilitarnos el trayecto . Lo único que conducen muy rápido .

The transfer took almost 2 hours and 30 minutes due to traffic. We had initially calculated it to take 1 hour and 30 minutes as indicated in the information, but when the driver asked us to confirm the details, I asked if it would be enough time, and luckily, he advised us to meet a bit earlier, so we arrived 45 minutes before the scheduled time. Everything went well.

Our driver was a polite and friendly person.
