Traslado impecable. Desde el día antes de nuestra salida al aeropuerto, Naim, nuestro chófer, se puso en contacto con nosotros para confirmar la cita y el punto exacto de recogida. Destacaría del servicio su puntualidad, la conducción agradable y su amabilidad. Servicio inmejorable.

Más de la mitad de nuestra flota de conductores son españoles o hablan español.
Tal y como indicamos en la web, debido a la alta demanda, estos se asignan por orden de reserva. Generalmente, para reservas realizadas con más de una semana de antelación, siempre asignamos conductor español.
En su caso, hizo la reserva con apenas 24 horas de antelación, con lo cual nos fue imposible encontrarle un conductor español disponible. Lo sentimos.

Good driver and good car but he arrived 15 minutes late and tried to convince me to meet him in the parking lot, which I did not.

Driver should have been waiting for you in the arrivals holding a sign with your name. Unfortunately he arrived late due to unexpected traffic and told you to meet him in the parking lot to not make you loose any more time. You prefered to stay in the arrivals hall, so driver parked his car and went to pick you up.
